This library, opened in 1918, has never been accessible. Community input around what people wanted from the library led to the hiring of a design team who developed plans for renovation that would accomplish the goal of full accessibility while also repairing, safeguarding, and modernizing the building. The first of two phases is nearly complete. Your gift contributed to the funds that we have available for this project.
Patrons continue using the library during renovation and tell us how excited they are for the completion of the project. Completion date expected to be December 2026.
