Kingman-Millcreek Public Library has been focused on the legacy of Andrew Carnegie to small communities by investing in preserving our history. An open house held on Saturday, June 20, 2026, was a new event experience for the library, as we displayed everything related to our history as a library and town, showing how we have changed through the years, while staying true to the vision of Andrew Carnegie to have “one thing a community can do to benefit its people.” The response was powerful and the community is so grateful for the support we offer to everyone through ongoing efforts to anticipate their needs as best as we are able.
